binabimo.com is run by Bina & Bimo (“we”) to present Bina & Bimo’s videos and products. By using the site you agree to these terms. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Content and copyright
- The Bina and Bimo characters, videos, pictures, pixel-art sprites, backdrops and text on this site belong to Bina & Bimo.
- You may watch, share links, and follow the lessons for your own learning or for free teaching. Sprites and backdrops downloaded from our video descriptions are for following the lessons.
- You may not copy, re-upload or sell our videos or pictures, or use the Bina and Bimo characters in other products, services or advertising, without our written permission.
3. Other people’s trademarks
Scratch is a project of the Scratch Foundation, free at scratch.mit.edu; Bina & Bimo is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Scratch Foundation. micro:bit is a trademark of the Micro:bit Educational Foundation. MakeCode is a Microsoft product. Cutebot, Maqueen and Tiny:bit are products of their makers. YouTube, Facebook and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention these names only to describe our lessons.
4. Videos on other platforms
Our videos are published on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok. When you watch there, the platform’s terms apply: YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Terms, TikTok Terms of Service.
5. Our posting tool and YouTube API Services
Our in-house posting tool uses YouTube API Services. Users of this tool (only us) agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data passing through Google is handled under the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
6. Safety when following our videos
When building and running robots, or using batteries, chargers, tools or art materials, follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions. Results on a real robot car may vary a little with the car, the batteries and the floor.
7. No warranty
The site and videos are provided as they are. We work to keep the content correct and up to date, but we do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
